The Chicago Area Unitarian Universalist Council (CAUUC) is a group of congregational representatives working together to achieve a common goal of promoting Unitarian Universalist principles by:
1. Increasing the visibility of the UU community to people living in the greater Chicago community;
2. Promoting advocacy of social justice;
3. Strengthening our congregations through sharing of programs, particularly for leadership development; and
4. Entering into appropriate coalitions with other faith traditions which share our core values.
